Specialising in Mobile and web personalisation via Artificial Intelligence personalisation engine designed to produce user profiles and make tailored recommendations that make services and other options more accessible to users. Currently servicing major telecoms in Ireland, United Kingdom, Germany and Finland. Introduced project management controls and methods to the organisation using MCE.

Guidance Solutions, Inc.: January - October 2000

Project Manager & Interactive Producer for interactive developer and eBusiness incubator.

Responsible for Project Management, Information Architecture and User Experience development for multiple projects for Paramount Domestic Television including: Maximum Exposure , Judge Judy , Judge Mills Lane, Moesha (for syndication) and others.

Responsible for directing the development and deployment of the national (U.S.) launch of Street Zebra; a sports and recreation site dedicated to a wide spectrum of amateur sports and sport leagues.

Evit Interactive (Recently acquired by Rare Medium, Inc.); August - November, 1999

The bridge between senior management and production, responsible for creating the MCE project management system for developing interactive projects from proposal through launch. MCE streamlined the development process resulting in tighter control of budgets, accurate time lines and higher profitability.

Instituted a rigorous market research and competitive analysis function and maintained rigorous oversight of proposals resulting in more competent and comprehensive presentations to potential clients and raising EVIT's closing percentage.

Day to day operation required oversight of all projects, client interface, and negotiation of project contracts. Encouraged the development of a team of six producers resulting in more competent handling of projects.

North Communications: September 1997 - July 1999

A concept project giving the public a chance to view movie trailers, web sites and information about a movie before purchasing tickets at the box office.

As producer, and later also as project manager, my responsibilities included designing the user interface flow, establishing backend software requirements and tasking software authors, engineers, and graphic artists to develop the needed components while keeping a clear creative focus and adjusting to the evolving needs of the client.

An Interactive kiosk for the City of Los Angeles representing the 8th Council District. Kiosk installed to provided community access to information on their council district, city council, and the World Wide Web. My role as producer was to create an attractive, friendly and tasteful interface. For this I directed the development of a unique design supported by an original music score and on screen talent.

Produced and co-edited attract loop containing clips from Microsoft broadcast commercials and their own product information videos for the Microsoft Intercom Kiosk launched in all Comp USA stores in the state of California.

Heller Ehrman et al., a prominent law firm in Northern California, hired us to design and implement their web site. My role as producer and project manager was to coordinate and execute site content revisions.

Guest Lecturer to Graduate level interactive multimedia students in interactive development and project management.

Directed music video for Los Angeles band 'din'. Live performance videos have included Dwight Yoakam, Jonathan Butler, Destiny's Child, Gato Barbieri and others.
