Instituted a rigorous market research and competitive analysis function and maintained rigorous oversight of proposals resulting in more competent and comprehensive presentations to potential clients and raising EVIT's closing percentage. Day to day operation required oversight of all projects, client interface, and negotiation of project contracts. As producer, and later also as project manager, my responsibilities included designing the user interface flow, establishing backend software requirements and tasking software authors, engineers, and graphic artists to develop the needed components while keeping a clear creative focus and adjusting to the evolving needs of the client. |

My role as producer was to create an attractive, friendly and tasteful interface. For this I directed the development of a unique design supported by an original music score and on screen talent. |
